This week has been busy.  Much busier than I expected it to be.

I've spent a lot of time at work.
I messed up at work a lot. One of those times when you realize just how inept you are when you thought you had it all figured out.
I played kickball.
I went to see How To Train Your Dragon 2, at 3 in the afternoon with one of my friends. It was so cute!
I watched soccer at my desk and in the living room and in bed and caught highlight reels over breakfast and checked scores on the metro.
I read The Beginning of Everything by Robyn Schneider and The Rosie Project by Graeme Simsion. It was nice to read some fiction (I'd been on a non-fiction streak before them).
I've just started The Dinner by Herman Koch.
I did my laundry and had that wonderful moment in the morning when you can literally wear anything you own because it's all clean, apart from the paint stained t-shirt and shorts you wore to bed.
I didn't finish the crossword puzzle once.
On Wednesday, I felt quite poorly. Thursday felt better.
I met someone named Wyeth after the artist. I suddenly wanted to have a child to name him Whistler or Henri.
I cleaned out my phone, and it suddenly works so much faster. Next time I'll do it sooner, so I don't have to delete over 4000 photos at one time.
I bought new shampoo and conditioner (my hair has never been this soft before).
Today, I'm going to get my car fixed (please pray for me. I hate doing anything to fix my car, it stresses me out!).

A long week, but a good one.

  1. Wyeth's studio is close to where I live. It's a museum now and I adore it.
